Arkwright & Gladys have been trading for five years after taking over a long established pet and garden store in a small village on the outskirts of Grimsby in North East Lincolnshire.

During this time, we have seen a significant growth in the sales of wild bird food and accessories. To enable us to meet this demand, we decided to allocate a much larger area of our shop to wild bird products and it is our intention to become the leading supplier within our geographic area.

People

We are a family run business primarily consisting of myself, Steve and my wife Paula. We pride ourselves on providing a truly personal service which is becoming increasingly difficult to find in this day and age. We have a good knowledge of the wild bird sector as well as most things pet and garden related and we enjoy spending time with our customers just chatting and sharing information and ideas.
